spreadsheets that were sent as email attachments to
each other in order to share information. This method
proved to be as effective as the proverbial "talking
stick" at meetings, as it did not allow more than

solution.
Methodology
The Vocational Alliance turned to All Information Services,

a web-based database would be ideal as it would allow
multiple people to update it concurrently as well as
greater accessibility.

managers bi-weekly for payroll processing. The drawbacks
of this were the organization of the summary data from
the spreadsheets and the impracticality of determining
time spent on a client by multiple employees. They needed
a better solution.
